About Us  |  Events   |  Blog

As we close out 2021 and ring in 2022, we want to thank you for your support and hope that you will help us with our annual fund so that we can continue to preserve open space and operate Crossroads Farm. Please make a tax deductible donation today.

Annual Fund

The Board of Directors and the staff of the Nassau Land Trust would like to ask you to help make our 2021 annual drive a success. Crossroads Farm is an exceptional open space in the community that provides farm based education programs, a weekly farmers market, it’s own organic produce and products, and many events and activities.

We are very excited as the NLT and Crossroads Farm moves ahead in 2021.  We have become a staple in this community but we can’t do it alone. We need your support. Please consider donating to our fund drive, every dollar you donate will be matched up to $20,000.

Thank you for supporting our efforts, we promise to use your gift wisely

Happy New Year
