Goundhog Day Celebration is this Saturday at Crossroads Farm!
Will he or won’t he? You’ll only know if you join us Saturday morning at Crossroads Farm!
The Village of Malverne, the Malverne Civic Association, and Crossroads Farm will be hosting the Groundhog Day festivities at the farm. Join us on Saturday, February 2nd at 7:00 AM and see if Malverne Mel will have some good news for us.
Enjoy music by the Banjo Rascals, photos with Malverne Mel, a petting zoo, hot chocolate, bagels, doughnuts from Doughology of Lynbrook, coffee from Kookaburra Coffee of Malverne and much more.
We are also happy to have Craig Mastrandea from Woodcut Design performing wood carving. Come see him create a beautiful wood carving of our famous groundhog.
The farmstand will be open. We’ll have local honey, jellies and jams, and other non-perishable items for sale. Our CSA booklets will be available for purchase too. Help out the farm by purchasing your CSA booklets for the upcoming 2019 growing season.
