Crossroads Farm is a volunteer-based organic farm located on Long Island, New York which is managed by The Nassau Land Trust a non profit organization.
As an urban farm in Nassau County, Crossroads Farm brings organic produce to the community, educates about agriculture, and provides open space to a densely populated area. We are gathering financial support for the upcoming season in order to meet our operating costs and expand our programming. Thank you for donating! Even a small donation helps as whatever we raise will be matched. Your contribution ensures our community will continue to have access to this special place!
