We Need Your Help: Crossroads Farm’s Challenge Grant Ends December 31, 2017!
 
 

We need your support today to operate Crossroads Farm tomorrow!

Crossroads Farm is very fortunate to have been offered a $35,000 challenge grant from an anonymous donor. It must be matched by 12/31/2017.  In other words, every dollar you donate to this effort will be matched dollar for dollar up to $35,000 – whatever you give will be doubled. Anything we raise above our $70,000 goal will be dedicated to our 2018 operating budget.  

We receive no public funding and depend on private contributions to meet the farm’s $300,000 annual operating budget.  Having raised about $230,000 to date, we need your help to raise the $70,000 balance.

Kale is in season. It tastes best when there’s a nip in the air, and it  can’t get any fresher than just picked at Crossroads Farm!

From Our Fields:

  • Kale 
  • Mizuna Loose Leaf Lettuce
  • Arugula

This Weekend from Other Local Farms:

Vegetables: Red & yellow onions, green &red cabbage, cauliflower,  broccoli, loose red beets, rainbow chard, mini spaghetti squash, butternut squash, Delicata squash, acorn squash, russet potato, sweet potato, crimini mushrooms
Fruits: Sweetie apples, Mutsu apples, Macoun apples, McIntosh & Golden Supremes. Conventional Gala & Honeycrisp apples.
 
We also have artisanal foods, pies and cookies, breads, handmade soaps and lotions and toy trains and trucks with Crossroads logo. Just in,  a new hot sauce from local vendor – ” Rosie’s Hot Sauce”.
 
There’s also plenty of “Jericho Cider  Mills”  apple cider on hand, another local favorite!
 

Christmas Trees and Holiday Decorations Have Arrived! New Items Being Added Daily.

Get all your Winter holiday decorations here at Crossroads Farm. We have frsh cut trees and wreaths, white pine roping, kissing balls, evergreen urns, holly & evergreen branches, white birch twigs, and much more. Christmas tree prices are listed below.  The farmstand will be open extended hours during this season. See farmstand hours below.

There’s a chill in the air, time to get  firewood for your backyard firepits, fireplaces, and wood burning stoves. You may purchase firewood by the cord, 1/2 cord, 1/4 cord and bundle. Pick-up at the farm.

Support your local farm by providing revenue before the next growing season. This revenue goes towards the purchase of soil, seeds, and other farming supplies.

Here’s how Crossroads Farm Consumer Supported Agriculture (CSA) works:

  • Purchase your CSA booklet at $50 and receive $55 worth of coupons.
  • Purchase your CSA booklet at $100 and receive $110 worth of coupons.
  • Use your CSA coupons for purchases in the farm stand.

Additionally, customers using their CSA booklets get a 10% discount on all their farm stand purchases.
