Crossroads Farm’s Own Produce
We have organic tri-colored beans, they grow in shades of yellow, green, and purple. They’re as beautiful as they are delicious. We still have small quantities of our own organic tomatoes, eggplants, and peppers too. The cooler weather is approaching, so they won’t be available for much longer. There’s also plenty of greens including micro-greens, looseleaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, swiss chard, and two varieties of kale.
From Our Fields:
- Swiss Chard
- Kale
- Romaine Lettuce
- Mizuna Loose Leaf Lettuce
- Beefsteak Tomatoes
- San Marzano Tomatoes
- Valencia Tomatoes
- Peppers
- Trilogy String Beans
- Microgreens – Mizuna, Basil & Arugula
- Cut Herbs – Parsley, Rosemary, Basil & Sage
We grow a small quantity of organic ornamental gourds and jack-be-little pumpkins, great for setting an autumnal holiday table.
- American Mother – Heirloom – Massachusetts Mid 1800’s – Late Season
- Empire – Mid Season – McIntosh & Red Delicious Parents
- Hawkeye- Heirloom – Iowa 1870 – Original Red Delicious – Not as pretty but tastes better than newer varieties. Mid season
