We are very grateful to Nick, Jim, and John for all the hard work that went into upgrading the electric system in the old barn. They worked extremely hard replacing and adding breakers, updating wiring and upgrading and replacing the farm’s circuit box.

Seasoned Firewood Available
 
 
The chill is in the air, time to get  firewood for your backyard firepits, fireplaces and wood burning stoves. You may purchase firewood by the cord, 1/2 cord, 1/4 cord and bundle. Pick-up at the farm or inquire about local delivery.

Buyers Club Direct: always in stock, always fresh. All Buyers Club members please remember to place your Buyers Club direct order by Friday noon.  Pick-up is Saturday or Sunday between 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the farm. Click on the link below to place your order. The last Buyers Club direct order of the season will be on October 25th.

Crossroads Farm’s Own Produce Available this Weekend

 

The following from our fields will be available this weekend at Crossroads Farm:

  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Swiss Chard
  • Squash – yellow
  • Kale
  • Gourds
  • Garlic
  • Acorn Squash
  • Delicata Squash
  • Bunching onions
  • Dried and Fresh Herbs – thyme, rosemary, oregano, sage
Although the Farmers Market is over for the season we still have live music and festivities. This Saturday enjoy the music of Gene Philcox and paint your own pumpkin with our talented volunteer Martha.  The pumpkin painting table will be set up under the barn’s side awning. Please come and shop and have some fun!

Pumpkins, Holiday Decorations and More Fall Flowers are here!

 

Small and large varieties of pumpkins, hay bales, corn stalks, and gourds will be available at the farm this weekend for Fall holiday decorating. Some of your favorite varieties of Fall annuals are available too, including mums, winter hardy pansies, celosia, and ornamental peppers. If you don’t want to do it yourself, purchase a large planter filled with all the flowers of the season.
