Our barn just got a tremendous clean out and reorganization with the help of our dedicated volunteers the Schwartz family and a Professional Organizer – Donna Jaroslawski of Liberty Organizing. We would like to thank them both for all their coaching, assistance and hard work in getting this job done. It was a tremendous undertaking that has made our daily work at the farm easier and we hope to continue using the skills they’ve taught us.

Catch Us in Valley Stream and in West Hempstead this Weekend

This Saturday Crossroads Farmers Market table will be off-site at the Valley Stream Community Festival from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM selling our produce and local products. Nassau Land Trust Chair, Rick White will be on hand to answer questions and our farmer Stephanie will be giving soil-blocking demonstrations. Pumpkins and More Fall Flowers are here this Weekend!

Pumpkins will be available at the farm this weekend for Fall holiday decorating. Some of your favorite varieties of Fall annuals are available too, including mums, winter hardy pansies, celosia, and ornamental peppers. Add a bright pop of color to your garden with some winter hardy pansies and celosia or add a warm color palette of mums and ornamental peppers to your Fall garden.
